Double click the problem device in device manager, select details and copy all the hardware IDs and past into a reply here as quickly as possible. I will get you the right driver. Are you running 32- or 64-bit Windows 7?

ya , this is an old network card
actually i have two network card, and this is the second one

while on my XP, i usually use this network to connect my laptop to my pc
but sometimes now i got trouble for that because of this

maybe i should buy the new one,

but if there is software that is can copy drivers from xp to win7, would be very helpful
because not only this network card, there is many old hardware that is not support on win7

this is not big problem anyway, but sometimes this makes me crazy
