Upload rate issues

I've got some issues with the upload rate!!

My conf:

Asus P6T Deluxe V2 with integrated Marvell Yukon Dual Gigabit LAN controllers 2*Marvell88E8056

Intel Core i7 920

Asus Radeon HD4890

Corsair 6GB DDRIII

-----

No problem at all with my download rate, I've got a 100/100 connection and my download rate is about 75Mbit/sec but my upload rate is about 0.5Mbit/sec!!
And yes; I've tried everything! Unactivated antivirus, firewall, skipped the router and so on...
It could be that my ISP have som problems, hopefully! I've contacted them but not yet an answer.
Anyone got some ideas?

disconnecting like a clock

i did a clean ontop win xp.
i can say that from last evening as i installed vista drivers for my realtek ethernet card, it disconnects like a clock every 20-30 minutes for a few seconds. not something that is intorelable but still annoying for downloads for ex.

all that is working on my comp that is net related is MSN messenger, ICQ , firefox , and an automated download managet (USD)

hope someone will come up with a solution for this..

update: i uninstall the current network adapter driver and installed the 15.25 nvidia driver. After the installation, nothing worked.. i went to device manager and couldn't find my network adapter anymore. so i clicked on Add Device, waited for about 3minutes but nothing came out.. i am restoring my system again.

now i just hope that someone could perform miracle and fix this problem..

I seriously doubt this will help anyone, but I have to mention it anyway.

You know where you set static ip addresses for IP4 in the network config popup. And you set the default gateway and dns servers?

Well, change the dns server to your router ip address. Or change it to the dns server your isp provides.

Obviously, if you are using DHCP to connect to your router, disregard this advice.

I am getting basically the same thing. Web service stops randomly. I am presently using a linksys wireless N adapter to a Linksys N router. Also, have two builtin Lan adapters. Event viewer shows DNS failure which happens both wired and wireless. Resetting of the router and/or the DLS modem has no effect. Resetting the wireless or wired adapter has no effect.

The only fix that I have found is a system restart. The problem first started with Win 7 beta X64 and has continued to Win 7 RC X64 (clean install). I did not have this problem with Vista 64.

I feel that it is clearly a Windows issue but what and how to fix it is the question.

unlike XP, in win 7 you can still be using DHCP for your adapter tcp/ip AND configure the DNS servers (router ip)
