DNS Server not found

    DNS Server not found


    Hi everyone,
    I'm having troubles connecting to the internet wirelessly and using a Ethernet cable, when I troubleshoot I get "DNS Server not responding".
    I'm not very good with computers, but just incase here is my ipconfig /all;

    Hi there, download this text file, save it to desktop as flush.bat
    Right click on the file and select Run as administrator.

    What is the purpose of the File flush.bat ?

    It resets the hosts file, releases and renews ip address, performs flushdns, resets winsock catalogs and restarts your pc.

    You might also like to change the DNS servers on your router (please see the router's instructions for details on how to do this). I use the OpenDNS servers as detailed below.

    Primary DNS Server: 208.67.222.220
    Secondary DNS Server: 208.67.220.222

    I tried running flush.bat, it opened up a cmd window for a few seconds, restarted, still have the problem.

    I tried changing the 2 DNS addresses, still the same problem.

    Either it's your router's configuration or your ISP is down for some reason. The DNS is pointing it looks like to your router which obviously won't work. But it should be automatic so something is configured wrong.
