    Winodws Media Center.

I am trying to connect my windows media center to my xbox360 with the WMC Extender. It tell me the extender has been successfully set-up but failed to connect. I am connecting wirelessley through my home netwrok.

I also read that firewall can interfere so I disabled to see if it worked but it still didn't work. I have tried lots of tutorials from googling the subject but nothing seems to work. I am using Norton Internet Security 2010.

Any help would be much appreciated, (Also i would like not to use an ethernet cable if possible) thanks.

I'm sure you've tried this tutorial,

Share Media from Windows Media Center with NXE Xbox 360 | Xbox Support

Just thought I'd post it till one of the network guru's see's your post.

    Here's a troubleshooter too,

Get Help Connecting to Xbox LIVE for NXE Xbox 360 | Xbox Support

Instead of disabling Norton, uninstall it. See if things start working.
