Those rates are positively draconian.

I'm sure I'm not in Canada. We live in a fairly rural area with no DSL or cable available.

I should be getting 35/35 but this is the best you get.
internet/phone/mid grade television = $160/mo

besides the ping i wish i could possibly get 26 down and 13 up

all i get is 5 down and 700 up max.
