When the trial period of 30 days is about to expire, just run command prompt with elevated permissions and then go to the following folder:
    C:Program FilesCommon Filesmicrosoft sharedOfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform
Run OSPPREARM.EXE from the above folder and it will extend the trial of Microsoft Office 2010 by 30 days. You can use this rearm technique 5 times in total making the total days to run the trial to almost 6 months.
hmmm, i thought i posted about that file above...

but reading my post i now notice a "typo", i wrote OPSSREARM.EXE, of course itīs OSPPREARM.EXE

but, take a look at the path you posted, it looks very weird, it seems all "\" are missing....

and its a 60-day trial, isnīt it ?

The only problem with Beta testing is that there doesn't seem to be any payback for doing Microsoft's QC work.

So now that everyone thinks they can't live without their Office 2010.....TIME TO ANTE UP.

Still like my Office 2007 (can't see any reason to upgrade) and I run Open Office on all but my main desktop. Can't say that I am unhappy with it.

software4students offer the full Office 2010 professional package at a fraction of the cost. Check out the price:

Only thing is you have to be a student, or parent/guardian who is buying it for educational purposes

there are different offers available, but the best offer seems to be directly from Microsoft.

fx. in USA, Office Professional Academic 2010: 79.95 USD
