    Well with optimize performance turned off I get a better WEI rating from 2.0 to 3.2, its a nice jump.

XP Setup Stuck on License Agreement

Hi, setting up XP on a desktop I built. Everything works fine, was able to install XP just fine But when it reboots and Windows setup continues, it gets stuck when the license agreement window comes up. Can't move mouse around or use keyboard, I can't see the cursor or turn on/off...
