Changing my menus from double to single click was one of the first "tweaks" I did after installation![]()
Although this thread turned into a mouse off, I don't believe anyone mentioned that to even have separate multiple windows on the taskbar to do all this...you have to right-click on the taskbar, go to properties-taskbar tab-set taskbar buttons to "Never Combine" or "Combine When Taskbar Is Full" as opposed to "Always Combine-Hide Labels."
If theirs was set to Always Combine... As mine was set to by default when I installed 7. This might be a little confusing to new 7 users.
And has anyone or everyone done the fireworks with IE and FF side by side. Blue IE and orange FF.
It still works when set to always combined, albeit it's a lot less noticeable. To get the full 'impact', the never combine is the best.
p.s my bluetooth mouse seems to do bugger all on default. I haven't gotten around to installing Setpoint/Uberoptions yet![]()
Yes, you're right, I should have said that but what I was referring to was the full effect as in the beginning of the thread. The full, separate windows. It doesn't really show the firework effect like that, just a glow.
I see you are talking about the ultimate mouse try this one. Bet you won't beat it for the genuine feel!
The fireworks matches the color of the icon displayed - or attempts to..
It's pretty kewl when it does that, but some people don't like having to hold the Shift key down to get another window running....
