great news for large capacity lovers im just thinking of getting a WD caviar green 1TB(the same as i have now) because the price is good at 42 so 3x of these 1TB for under 160 i would go for the latter

I just deleted an e-mail from Microcenter pushing this hard drive. When WD pushes out a Caviar Black, I "might" consider one.

Though I currently have a 1TB, a 750, and 500gig drive installed in my system, neither one of them is at 50 percent capacity

It will not be long until we see the return of the Quantum Bigfoot.

Can anyone say 20-30 TB drive?

I still can't believe how ridiculously expensive SSDs are.... I want to convert over when I build my server... but I'm not sure what the prices on them will be at that point, as I will want a total of 6TB hard drive space by then... (I'll be using it for accessing my files on the go, so I don't have to store them all on my laptop or on a portable drive)
