I have been amazed at how this thread has not degenerated into personal insults between members, as is usual with this and certain other topics, and would like to congratulate all who have contributed.

I have noticed a tendency to lose this adult level of discussion in a few recent posts, so can we please revert to a discussion not an argument. Failure to do this will lead to the thread being closed and possible further action taken.

This has been a good thread and I would like to keep it running, if only to maximise Corrines royalties for posting the original item
