1. Put in the update disk (Boot from it, not from within Windows)
2. Install your clean install, BUT DON'T ENTER YOUR PRODUCT KEY!
3. Let it finish the install and boot into the new install.
4. Open the disk up again (this time from within windows) and run setup.
5. Enter the product key when it asks (not sure exactly when this happens in an upgrade, just put it in when it asks, but ONLY on the second install)
6. Do not get latest updates for install
7. Let it finish again, and your done!
