I don't think so. Google returns a whole different set of results from the same query.
There is only one that is the same and does indeed lead to free adult movies on BING.
The rest are documentaries or studies of porn and it's effects etc.
I was gonna try other "controversial" searches like the name of a well known evil organisation but found I daren't.
I imagined bells going off in an underground bunker, men dressed as robocop, heavy boots in the hallway, the sound of my door breaking and so on.
When did our freedoms quietly slip away?

    John

    also rubbish name
Meh. I'd expect the jack boots to swiftly whisk you away from searches on any controversial political topic.

Friend I live in England. We keep winning the number one most surveilled society in the world prize.
They use anti terrorist laws to catch antisocial dog poopers!
What chance does a 50+ reclusive pc potato who's interested in world affairs stand?

There are people who like porn and there are those of us that don't. There should be a search engine for those of us that don't.

A search engine for those who don't like porn? Easy! Go to:

    Christian Search Engine

For fun, use Seekfind to search for "Darwin." If you want your Internet experience spoon-fed to you, that's fine, just be prepared to let somebody else make a whole lot of decisions for you as to what you are allowed to see. The Internet is great because it's NOT controlled by Disney or a church. Once you let somebody decide was is or isn't porn you will also have to accept other forms of censorship. It's a slippery slope.

I'm not fussed about porno but I don't like the idea of a search engine that can select so specifically what I see.
As I said, who knows what else they are not letting me see or are they monitoring it.
I don't think this is paranoia.
Since 9/11 our government have monitored the activity of everyone. There is a definite feeling of mission creep or maybe legislation creep.
Local councils and police forces have admitted using powers granted them in the anti-terror laws to monitor petty criminals such as small time cannabis growers and people who don't use poop scoops!
I imagine they've also caught some terrorists but that's no excuse for misusing this legislation for such minor issues.
The price of freedom is constant vigilance and we have to be vigilant that our liberty is not being eroded.
    I'm sticking with google.

And the name and ads are s##t, John

As if Google doesn't have safe search as well, or censor entire countries at the drop of a hat or track everything you do all the time through any of their services.

And google is about to start monitoring the power consumption in my (and your) house WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION.

Google is /the most/ evil thing on the net by far. I'd rather use anything else.

Fair point. I know they agreed to censor China's access to certain sites. Don't think they mentioned which ones though.
    So there's no escape?
Still, would you rather use Bing?
