    Microsoft has put aside $1 million to feed the hungry this summer. All you have to do is download IE8 from www.browserforthebetter.com.

    Thats a noble gesture but they have forgotten that you cant install IE8 on Windows 7!

    You wont ever see it available for Windows 7 because its already included and would just get updated via WU.

    It's for a good cause there's nothing to stop you downloading it even if you never use it - like I've just done

    or download the XP version and run it in a VM (XP Mode)
