15 Million that's a lot of people downloading a beta app

many tech noobs among them will blame Microsoft when IE malfunctions as most beta apps do for time to time

Veiw downloads is all that shows when Internet Explorer 9 starts
When i start Internet Explorer 9 (O/S windows 7 ultimate 64bit) it opens for a split second then closes leaving the veiw downloads screen up, with the homepage in it as if i have tried to download the page. any help would be appreciated as it leaves me without internet explorer
