    Microsoft to use AMD Fusion II in next gen Xbox

    Information has surfaced showing that Microsoft's next generation Xbox will feature an AMD Fusion II CPU. The reports indicate that Microsoft is in the near final stages of soldifiying its hardware plans for the next version of its popular gaming platform, the Xbox.

    Guess the next Xbox will have support for that out the box, at least that would make the most sense

    G1lly, just to clarify....

    I think my son has an internal wireless adapter on his 360. Does the WPA2 update require an external adapter?

    I would have thought that the Xbox 360 WPA2 update works on the internal adapters of the new Xbox 360 S model (if that's what you have) as well but not exactly sure.

    I know that the update enabled it on the external adapters since I tested it but like I said I can't be sure of the internal, it would be weird for it not to be supported on the newer models.

    I've tried searching for info on Google, but have found nothing yet.

    Given the technologies that XBOX360 and PS3 use, it will be very exciting to see what the next gen hardware can do, to say the least.
