Well said I think people who purchase the OS with out fully reading the requirments are full of Rubbish
You can't make something work if you don't take the time to understand how it works it is like putting a 1970 corvette engine in a 2010 silverado truck just doesn't work that way

alot of people try to upgrade with out a slight clue that theire hardware is absolute useless with the new OS

Does anyone think vista will ever get another service pack?
Windows Vista 6.0 will never get a better service pack than 6.1.7600!

Making a blanket statement like that is highly inaccurate because there were many successively better versions of Vista which were developed and led up to the foundation for Win 7 beta. The version of Vista I have in my March 2008 HP laptop has run very well for nearly 3 years now.

In that Win 7 beta was a barely baked version of Vista much of Vista lives on and has been improved upon in Windows 7. So as the saying goes and as great as Windows 7 is...Don't forget where it came from!

I much prefer Windows 7 to Vista, but I still have my Vista laptop, use it frequently and have no problems to report having used it for nearly 3 years now.
