    Download one of the hotfixes your self from this list, unpack it, unpack cab inside, open update.mum and you will see

    Code:
    <assemblyIdentity name="Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package" language="neutral" version="6.1.7601.17514" processorArchitecture="amd64" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" buildType="release" />

    I think I'll wait until Microsoft officially announces RTM and provides updates through Windows or Microsoft Update site.

    There have been official hotfixes released for both the SP1 Beta and RC, so that doesn't necessarily mean that Build 7601.17514.101119-1850 is the final RTM.

    There is a very strong possibility that Microsoft have already signed off a build for SP1 RTM, whether that's the build mentioned or not, we will just have to wait and see.

    Nothing has officially been announced yet...

    ehh... fine whatever :) Beta and RC hotfixes are _not_ integrated in to RTM hotfixes this 2 are, both of them have components for Win7 RTM (7600 build) and (presumably) Win7 SP1 RTM (7601 build). But i guess you will see soon enough...

    Oh sorry, I thought you were referring to hotfixes released as Windows Update packages.

    My bad. :)
