Windows 7 Sp1 is finished. Build 7601.17514.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850 is the RTM.
Nice. I love how it says "wait for SP2 to get an invite", which may top SP1 as being the most uneventful service pack Microsoft has ever released, not that that's a bad thing.

But what about that thing that no one really ever cared about... Vista SP2? I think everyone that had a brain was already running win7 beta or alpha.

Usually only something that's dead can RIP. Vista is alive and well, and will be until 2017.

That'll be great if they can roll-up SP3 pack for Vista and SP4 for XP before terminate them.....so everyone could download those packs in case of system's crashing, none will go through hours of install anymore, my thought!

As far as I know Microsoft have no plans to produce a 3rd Service Pack for Windows Vista. For Windows XP, Service Pack 3 is the last one that it will receive until all support for the OS is ended.

If you already have original media for both of these versions then you can quite easily integrate those Service Packs into the install.
