The page still not up yet. Probably in 2-3 hours. I'm guessing that after this public release, microsoft will start paying more attention to faster updates. Right now, estimated 2-3 updates per day which is quite low. With more people using MSE, they have to release updates faster too.

By the way, you all may want to go with the leak of MSE. If not, better rush and get your copies cause downloads capped at 75000.

@Klaw - I wouldn't sweat it too much. I'm think that even if MS maintains the 75,000 download cap that someone will be loading it to a torrent somewhere. As it's free, I also don't see MS putting a product key on it.

I'm on the East Coast and right now it's 10:15 am. I would say that Microsoft would release it at noon on the Eastern Daylight Time timezone (East Coast) or Pacific Daylight Time (West Coast, where Microsoft HQ is located). If it's at Pacific Time, I may be able to catch it...

nah it would be PST since thats where their HQ is. So its currently 07:16am there. Btw a tip is to set up a 2nd clock for PST by right clicking the time in the taskbar.

I've noticed starting today that Windows Update labels definition updates as "Definition Update for Microsoft Security Essentials" instead of "Definition Update for Microsoft Morro" as it was in the past. I have a feeling the Beta MSE is the same one we have .
