    Actually, 4 gb are enough for any operating system. Having more is just a waste of money and the dimostration that you are rich and wasting 'em.

    nar... more than 4gb is not a waste of money i often use 6-7 gb ram when doing lots of stuff GTA 4 game likes lots of ram more is better in most cases with everything liking more and more just futureproofing myself abit :)

    Well hell yea, if you are burning cd, have opened photoshop, browser with 10 tabs, emule, utorrent and play gta i bet oyu need mor than 4gb :)

    But since i do not play on my pc i rarely pass 3 gb of used ram.

    More than 4 or 8GB is not useful for most of us, but there are other applications for having more RAM.
