European Pricing unveiled
Hi All
From what I can see the European pricing model doesn't look too bad -- although the No Browser part still needs to be clarified== you do need SOME browser in the system to be able to connect to the Internet and download and install one.

Ty Sir, just what i was looking for.... tho makes me wonder if it is really worth goin any higher than Home premium to be honest... can anyone see anything really worth opting for in the Pro version?
I guess the XP compatibility... but for your casual user... well is it liekly to be that in need?

Will the upgrades be applicable to OEM versions of XP, or just retail?

Well, unless they throw in some serious "bells and whistles" it will be Home Premium for most "home" users. No surprise there.
Home versus Pro verus Ultimate for the serious "user"? Even for a small office Pro/Ultimate offers what critical functionality...? Image Backup? Acronis True Image is only ~$20-25.

Why Upgrade? I want a full version -_-.
Anyway, it's in English and I want a French OS.
-
Canada?
Anyone know if and where 7 preorders will be available in Canada?
Thanks,

I've looked at this before. Thing is when one changes location from US to Canada it is not there. ..
