Bing is not a bad search engine, its main problem is that it does not have any search by time options.

It's not bad, but it is any better?

I need a valid reason to do something other than Google, since my fingers automagically just type google without thinking when I have to search. Without a very compelling reason to switch, I'm not sure why I would even give Bing a try. I know when I search for something I hit google, in the rare, rare, rare instance that Google is down for me, I go to Yahoo. Bing does not even come to mind.

I use Google 95% of the time. Otherwise I use Bing. If Google is down, I'll go to Bing before Yahoo.

Their own storage to which they have copied Google's results.
