    That's right: it was rumored early this year, and now it's been confirmed

    I don't know anything about this, except what was demonstrated on some commercial in which this was used for exercise programs, or game input. Is there much of anything else that it can be used for? At the moment, I can't think of anything that I would care to use it for, that couldn't be accomplished with a basic remote control.

    It's basically just a hackers dream. People have been writing mods and modded drivers for it to work on PC ever since it came out. Just now it's going to be properly supported on Windows :)

    In truth though, this was inevitable.

    I mean come on, did M$ really think that it was un-hackable and thought they could try and control the market for that type of gaming.
    Pah, not a chance, not this time anyway.
