Try using Windows Update. It will show just the updates you need.

Windows 7 Professional SP1 - x64 [Non-UEFI Boot]
 
 

So.... Left around 15 Security updates and Hotfixes from before, + the 3 security updates installed today, just before SP1 in W.U....(Total SP1 downloaded 82,7Mb)

Around 7,5Gig of restore point made only for SP1 install...pretty huge?!?

Won no time at shutdown, but saw it was booting 3-4seconds faster.
