not strange, windows update only download the files you don't have already.

The top one is the SP1, but do I need any other of these?
The .ISO contains both 32 & 64 bit SP1
There are two .EXE files, one for 32 bit SP1 and one for 64 bit SP1.
The MSI files are not needed, some type of debug version.

Look near bottom of page for explanation.

They do have separate windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe and windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe installation files.
