Did you read the article. It states (as everyone should know) it WILL BE released at 9PM PDT which is less then an hour from now.

Holy crap, are you guys actually sitting here waiting for the download of Internet Explorer 9? This is sillier than the midnight release of a video game. I'll go to bed, get up in the morning, make my way to work and then when I fire up my browser at some point I'll go to Microsoft Corporation and download it.

It's out there if you look at any tech news site...
