I just hope we don't have an influx of "fake" 7300's. Even though the signoff occurs on July 13th I believe Wzor reported that we would need to wait for confirmation of RTM status.

Looks like the countdown could be off some Windows 7 RTM Update: Roadmap Possibly Altered
Ok so I just checked some sources and apparently a fake build of 7300 x86 was leaked. It's 7264 x86 and using the same setup from 7264.
For the god of sake. Bugfixing has ended.
Just wait for the first official Closed beta testers to get it through Connect starting @ 14 July.
I don't believe the RTM has been delayed,it's still going to come out on time i guess :)
I'm not saying it with anger or anything else.
It just needs common sense that bugfixing stops sometime in these large scale projects to test and ensure some other things (driversets, app compatibilities, last minute Install / Deployment tasks, compatibility with other Microsoft Tools, Update mechanism etc), and these are what are RTM candidates are about. Code, APIs and most stuff were frozen long ago.
Lets say MS is performing Test driving now.
They are basing this exactly off of what Softpedia had to say ("Windows 7 would RTM on the transistion of executive seats). The post about bug fixing is correct. They have already started pre-orders that have people expecting for Windows 7 to be GA on October 22. If the keep delaying (I do want them to fix more bugs...) than they will miss this deadline and it will not be good for them...
