July 24 final will be available on MS Connect and MSDN
That would be the latest we would have to wait. I am sure we will have it way before that. We just need to wait for the announcement (on July 13) of which build will be chosen for RTM then sit tight until there is a leak.

I'm sorry but i'm beginning to be pessimistic with the rtm to be signed-off on monday considering that the last known build-candidate was compiled only last thursday. This means the select group of engineers have only 3 days to check on this 7271 build for showstoppers. I don't know how good and fast are these people in catching bugs, but to me 3 days may not be enough if build 7271 is a build to be considered as rtm-candidate.

I honestly hope i'm wrong, otherwise the signing-off date of the rtm could be anyone's guess.

Actually 3 days is enough. They are not doing a regression test.

They probably have unit tests and a number of functional test cases.

Welcome to SevenForums and you are probably right about the testing plus they will be working around the clock this close to crunch time, so I am confident that they will be able to release a solid build to RTM.
