That's an outdated mindset, not trying to be mean about it, just trying to be real. The current world is quite different from 15 years past, loyalty needs to be earned constantly. Personally I'm not loyal to any company, I'm the type I'll jump ship as soon as something better comes along and I'll continue to support them until another company dethrones them, and so on. If Mozilla chooses to push out the latest in browser development, then I'd be a fool not to be involved in it to research how it could be beneficial to our users. Many IT Pro's still don't how to implement enterprise-level virtualization in order to streamline their systems so that they could implement new stuff completely transparent to the user, without creating a situation that may cripple their infrastructure.
I won't debate the issue regarding which browser you choose to use, that's a personal call. Personally I don't care what browser users prefer as long as it supports mandatory addons/plug-ins we implement and they're able to do what they need efficiently.
Many corporations use IE mostly because it's predictable and ActiveX controls are an IE exclusive. You'd have to find an equivalent in FF/Chrome/Opera/Camino/Safari if you use the alternatives. For our purposes, FF works great due to outstanding open-source addon support and it keeps our users happy.
