are these 32 or 64 bit versions , or are both on the one disc , anybody know ?

They are not on the same disk. You'll get what you order. :)

Thanks dinesh but im not getting the option to choose here , am i missing something 32 bit will do fine but i would rather have 64

I think you've downloaded 32bit.
