I tried once but it returned me an error. I tried it just now and the installation was successful. :)

I'm glad they didn't include it in RTM because I want the freedom to choose what internet plugins I want, I think Flash does the job perfectly so why need something else?

Because the company behind flash isnt as forward thinking as Microsoft.

Bear in mind silverlight technology is still new, flash has been around a while.

Forward thinking? Please, they barely did something completely new with Silverlight. And as for Flash, they implemented a whole lot of new stuff in Flash 10, like loading things off to the GPU and much much more. Microsoft is just forcing people a new standard down the troat even though there's already something called Flash.
