I've only seen one person with this problem (Windows 7: ClearType Text), but then again I don't read General as much as before

    Me too!

The quick reply box was often unreadable one line above and below where typing in a small box such as our quick reply and Visitor Message boxes here on the forum.

All lines are nice and crisp as I type this now.
As I scroll the message all words stay focused in the message.

It was my only complaint with IE9 final release.

Thanks for the update, I've just installed the 64-bit version and noticed a marked improvement.

    Well it is better sometimes.

Bottom is clipped off but at least it isn't a total blur.

    At least it is legible.

Seems to have affected FF5 too as it uses the DirectWrite APIs too. Fonts are much better now

Was having the blurry font issues, this seems to have fixed it.

It was annoying to say the least.

Applications may crash in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

Looks better fonts smoothing now and crash i got recently while surfin' web pages!!!

Now, i'm facing slow loading IE9 pages since two days...
