I think RTM shouldn't be used because it's all fake and Microsoft's keys will be deactivated till March 1 2010,So use your brain and go for Win 7 RC's
    This comment makes no sense.

It's amazing how the little "Kids" come out when this kind of stuff is talked about.

There Daddy buys them thi, buys them that. Why won't my Daddy buy me this crap! God forbid you teach your child values that he will learn and prosper from. If you want something, get yourself a job and work for it just like we do!

I am not an IT person. I have a huge interest in computers. I have to have mine working for my own business. I do not want to have to depend upon someone else to help, or do things for me in order to make my computers work. I was so sick of Vista giving me fits that I wanted W7. I am not a patient person by any stretch, so I purchased a Technet subscription with my OWN money. I loaded the RTM on all my mobile laptops that my employees use in the field everyday and have never looked back.

Do I still need some help with some stuff? Sure I do, almost everyday. That's where the Technet comes in. There is a wealth of information in there for you to learn from. Not just loading OS's.

Sorry for the rant. Must be my mood today It has been raining down here in the South for over a week now and it gets me sucked into a black hole of depression with no sun!

August 12 was the date when it came to stay on my computer. A beta tester myself, grateful to the good genie from Redmond.

I would go back to XP if I had this problem.
Hope you get back on W7 after Oct 22.

I am now running the RTM, free and legal. I received it today at the Pittsburgh New Efficiency launch event, formatted, installed.

If anyone is interested, here are some photos from the event, quick and ugly because I am tired: Windows 7 Launch Event

I streamed one video from my smartphone during the event, and will be adding more tomorrow: YouTube - y0himba's Channel
