Fix Windows 7 SP1 USB Storage Device Access Failures

In specific scenarios, customers attempting to access a USB storage device from Windows 7 will be unable to do so.

In the eventuality that the process doesn’t fail, it may take a very long time before users see any results of their action.

Microsoft has officially confirmed the issue and revealed that customers running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 can also be affected, just as those leveraging Windows 7 SP1.
