all I know is that in june 2010 both the 32 bit and 64 bit win 7 rc will start to shut down then i will need to get a new key for them..

You won't just need a new key. You'll need the final software and are looking at re-installation as well.
Assuming you're eventually going to upgrade to the final version, it would be wiser to do it sooner rather than later once the final is out in the fall. The RC will still keep running into early 2010, but it wasn't finalized and won't be getting Windows Updates, etc. Things like antivirus software will be made compatible for the final version, too, not the RC.

March 2010 it starts shutting down after every 2 hours and in June 2010 it will completely stop working (DIE)
