    I think it would, but as stated above, it's unlikely Aero would run. Depends on the card itself. I've installed Vista (yes, Vista) on computers with comparable specs to that one and it ran fine, so I think 7 would work well for you.

    Pretty sure Aero actually requires a DirectX9-capable videocard.

    It requires a Direct X9.0 compatible card with at least SM2.0, 128MB of vRAM and a compatible WDDM driver
