Wow, I'm thinking to go too, but not sure about my work schedule. I will pm you. :)

This is the date for Detroit area:
    Oct 28
Detroit, MI Launch Event | Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 and Exchange Server 2010

I know, and I am confused. That is what I registered for...but yet my email confirmation comes back and says I'm registered, gives me the tracks I am registered for, indicated a different location in Detroit (The Royal Commerce Township 14...which is a movie theater) and says the date is Wednesday Oct, 7, 2009.

I've got a friend at work who also registered, I am waiting for him to email me back with what details he got back.

Edit: i talked with 2 other people who also registered for the Detroit Area class which according to website is Oct 28, but according to confirmation and registration email is Oct 7th at another location.

I've emailed Microsoft's "if you have any questions, email us here" link on the confirmation looking for clarification.

Yeah, one of our remote employees lives in San Diego and he signed up and it's at an IMAX theater in his venue.

Did you get a confirmation email...and where did it say it was.

Sorry the afternoon was full. That's the one that I got in. My bosses will probably want me in the Exchange 2010...but I'm far more interested right now in Win7.

Though I don't work at company or anything I just wanna see what they say about Windows 7 and be at a release party as I've never been to one before .
