Trough ACM you can get membership for HS student also.

I think Tews is seeing the cost of membership for the high school to enroll in the program, as opposed to the cost of student enrollment.

I installed this a few days ago and validated it. I then reinstalled it today and validated it again. Works perfect and there seems to be no limit on reinstalls. I think i deserve a cookie for testing this out
