Windows 7 Pro $19 for students
-
Hi everyone!
Is it possible to get Windows 7 Pro for $19 from outside of USA?
Welcome to sevenforums Pelin. sorry, but at the moment, ACM has removed Windows 7 from the list.
ACM membership though is available for Computing Students for $19. The membership is worldwide. You'll get more info if you read a couple of pages back.

If anyone has access to a Microsoft Partner or know someone who works at a company that is a Microsoft Partner they have released (as of a few weeks ago) the keys and RTM downloads for Windows 7 Pro and Ultimate.
At my place of business ( I am a network admin at a networking company ) we are a Microsoft Partner and we got a Win7 Pro key that is good for 8 installs, and a Win7 Ultimate Key that is good for 1 install. We als just received our disk copies of Windows 7 x86 Pro and Ultimate. x64 has not arrived yet (but can be downloaded via partner website login).

I myself downloaded Win 7 Pro 64 bit from ACM MSDNAA. Installed and after a few minor issues, it now runs fine! As for those wishing to know if the install is a once only affair - well I installed it 3 times, once on a new hard disk! Activated online every time.

I joined ACM and opted into ACMs version of MSDNAA on 9/08 and haven't received my login info. I noticed a rep from ACM has posted here. Please advise.
I am completely legit regarding my college creds.
Thank you

I requested to be a part of the MSDNAA program through my school and I was able to download the Win 7 Pro x64 for free with one key. If i need a new key i just talk to my administrator at the school (my teacher) and he can get me a new one.
Aside from Win 7, i can get multiple versions of XP, Vista, and many other programs, all free for personal use with one key.
I guess it is different for each school?

It depends on the program the school is enrolled to. Access to WIndows 7 via ACM's membership in MSDN AA has been curtailed, according to recent reports and evidence. Your school may have a membership that is not affiliated with ACM.
