How long did it take before you received the info before you could download?
18 to 24 hours?
You have to opt in for msdnaa otherwise you won't get the login info emailed. After the payment is aproved you need to sign into your acm account,
click on "My Service", then click on Developer Academic Alliance so you can opt in; once you do that, it takes ~24 hours.

One other question...can you d/l both the 64bit and 32bit versions or is it one or the other?

You say 2 keys, one for 64 and one for 32bit. You are saying then that you can d/l both versions and you don't have to choose one or the other?
