    You have to opt in for msdnaa otherwise you won't get the login info emailed. After the payment is aproved you need to sign into your acm account,
    click on "My Service", then click on Developer Academic Alliance so you can opt in; once you do that, it takes ~24 hours.

    You say 2 keys, one for 64 and one for 32bit. You are saying then that you can d/l both versions and you don't have to choose one or the other?
