Don't worry they check if you're student or not, that's why it's taking so long with the payment approval. :)
I don't know why you say this program is being exploited by many people.
You have to be a student other wise you not gonna get msdnaa access.
This is not about the Windows OS. It's about the other software they have for download.
The reason I said it's being exploited because I've seen on other forums people exploiting this and the BizSpark program that MS offers to get access to the MSDN/MDNAA library.
