I've just about given up on the credit union idea, because there is only one that I have found locally that accepts public accounts, and every time that I try to call them for information, I hang up because I'm 16th-19th in line. I do not want my money where it is such a hassle to talk to anyone. I did find a local state bank that appears to be able to do what I want, but before going there, I'm going to see if my direct deposit can be split, so that 80% goes to my primary account, and the rest to the other. That might eliminate the monthly charge on both accounts.

i find when dealing with these people that being able to chat with them gets the best results. it can be annoying waiting for them to pick up the phone, sometimes i wonder if they have caller identification on the phone and they wont pick up as they know its me.
    whoda thunk it!

I can see why so many Credit Cards offer "Zero Liability"...they have no choice.
