Arizona bill could criminalize Internet trolling

oh i guess 98% of people on youtube are going to be arrested. This is so stupid, first they try that one law to kick out immigrants by forcing every Latino to hold their passport along with them just to prove they are citizens but end up being racial about it and doesn't pass and now this which is the stupidest attempt at making a law in human history to exist? Got to be kidding me this shall not past it's just stupid and childish. Plus this would be unconstitutional anyways due to the first amendment which would include freedom of speech and freedom of the press which is to publicly be able to write about something even though others might not seem to like it.Whoopee doo they can suck this one and stop crying and grow up.I swear some grown people think their still children and look for mamas wing aka the govt. jesus

It seems to be a pointless law, because it could not be properly enforced. Not only because of it's overly-broad scope, but because it could only be enforced against Arizona residents. To me, it is surprising that such legislation would pop-up in that state, because I lived there several years in the past, and found both the people and the laws to be fairly good. Obviously, things have changed, and not for the better.

The UK is a police state these days.

Isn't there some new law, the Government is pushing, to monitor all online activity?

Guess all that sun there has fried their brains........ Seems to be nothing but kooks living there anymore... or at least RUNNING the place. Its not ok to troll........ but everyone above the age of 5 can carry a gun..... Thought the overwhelming presence of firepower was supposed to lead to a civil society. (said tongue firmly in cheek):)

    Yes, yes they are.

Knowing how incompetent they are about running everything else, I can expect to see my (and everyone elses) sensitive information stored on a laptop that gets left on a train .

I have never said a word on the internet that was intended to offend anyone, however that doesn't mean that some weren't offended. Sometimes the most offensive thing that anyone can utter is the truth. If offending someone is a crime, then everyone is a criminal...even a baby, because it's crying can be quite offensive at times. No one should be surprised that this kind of legislation is rumbling around, because it is a sign of the times, and no one is immune, even if they aren't Arizonan. The time that were are entering shall be worldwide.

Not "immigrants," just aliens who are in the country illegally. Big difference.
