Unfortunately the one thing lacking is a dual display setting seen with either this or the Bing program itself.

John’s Background Switcher « John's Adventures Is fully multi monitor aware and will work with Ultramon, I use it this way :).
I use Ultramon to control the program placement but use the switcher to handle the Wallpaper (with the wallpaper options in Ultramon disabled)

Switcher has 4 options for layout,
    • One monitor Only,
    • Same on both,
    • Different on Both,
    • One across both monitors.

It also has a couple of advanced options to handle situations where, occasionally, both monitors are not available or appear in different orders at different times

    Obviously if you ...

select a wallpaper for use with a spread across monitors option,
    or
if the aspect ratios are different on each monitor,
    or
the image you use is not of the same aspect as the monitor,

you need to use one of the stretch to fit options to display it, with the resultant image distortion or cropping.

Of course this issue is universal to all multi monitor systems

Actually I didn't have to disable anything in UltraMon. First the Bing Desktop saw to that until unchecking the "Make the daily homepage image your desktop background" item or right clicking on the UltraMon icon to reset that program's wallpaper settings reloading the same profile.

The Background Switcher has you add your source from a list which includes the Bing search site or a folder from your drive. Once I selected a folder full of papers and set it for one on each monitor.. Things that go well with "7"!

I just like the wallpapers in it. but the Search engine not like it!
Bing is good but not enough like Google!
So, i wish Google make like that!
John’s Background Switcher « John's Adventures that I use, and have already linked to in this thread has options to find and use suitable wallpaper images from the web, ( from Picasa, Flickr, Etc), as well as on your own systems. This may give you the wallpapers you wish without the Bing Bar

It also has generic search options which you can fine tune, (eg 1920x1080 nature images), and has options to use Google image search and/or Bing image search

I cannot recommend the program enough, you'll never be bored with your wallpaper
Great! now no needed to Bing bar!

I'm downloading it now, then i will install it :)

The one drawback I run into with the Background Switcher is not having any control over what it applies on LCD #2. The program simply tosses two papers it finds in the wallpaper folder at random where sometimes I prefer the second display retain a dark background when running a full screen app on LCD #1.

It runs smooth however and allows you to set the time between background changes rather then being set to a 24hr. period only.

One hack, workaround for this is to set Background switcher to one monitor only and use something like ultramon to add a fixed wall or selection to the other monitor, not ideal but could give you what you want.

an alternative would be to request the feature for one list per monitor from the author

Well UltraMon just like DisplayFusion allows you to set the wallpaper independently on each desktop when not cloning but extending across both. What I would need here is something that would randomize the primary display while keeping the secondary set to one at a time.

If the Bing option hadn't extended one about a third across the second but stayed on the primary that would have been an ideal solution for random backgrounds right there. I did come across another ZapBing program for Vista when reOSing a laptop where a drive had to be replaced and ran a search for any earlier Bing type changer. That proved to a totally different 3rd party source where the photos appear randomly but are windowed not full screen. ZapBing Changes Your Wallpaper Periodically With Bing Images

There were other freewares since 2009 that turned Bing papers into screensavers as well as a background slide show.
