I would imagine that the cost of this is going to be higher than the average computer user can afford. However, I bet the government and R.I.A.A., etc. will grab them up so that they can monitor everyone else's computer easier.

Don't be such a skeptic. Don't you know that science knows everything, and that scientists are the priests, preachers and teachers of all things? What ever they don't know is simply because they haven't had time to fabricate a theory yet.
