Yes it might be more difficult for the Government to illegally spy on people and we can't have that now can we?
My router does support IPv6 but Windows only uses it on the LAN at this point. Many ISP's also would need to update their service in order for people to access online IPv6 sites. Not to mention most DNS servers would need to be updated to handle the IPv6 protocol.
After a bit of testing I found out the Google's DNS servers at "8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 seems to handle IPv6 pretty well though a bit slower than IPv4 according to the ICSI test but that is expected at this stage in the game. So if you want to pass the IPv6 test you will need to use a DNS that can handle it like Google.
It looks like IE 10 is a bit slow getting to IPv6 sites though it could be my ISP slowing things down.

Test with IPv6 DNS record ok (0.078s) using ipv6 Teredo
Test with Dual Stack DNS record ok (0.069s) using ipv4
Test for Dual Stack DNS and large packet ok (0.040s) using ipv4
Test IPv4 without DNS ok (0.069s) using ipv4
Test IPv6 without DNS ok (0.080s) using ipv6 Teredo
Test IPv6 large packet ok (0.051s) using ipv6 Teredo
Test if your ISP's DNS server uses IPv6 ok (0.073s) using ipv4
