Global Windows 7 Launch Party

Any Body in Middle Tennessee throwing one?

Hello all.
Today I sent off my application to host a Windows 7 Launch party.
In the event that I'm selected to host such an event, I'd like to invite my fellow Windows 7 enthusiasts to join me at The Old Edwardian in Stourbridge, West Midlands, England.
Now I know there's only a small chance of being selected but I'd like to get an idea of how many people would like to join me, just in case.
So anybody who lives in that area, or can get there on October 22, let me know so that if I'm selected, I can begin planning right away.

do they send everything to you, or does microsoft come in and prepare everything.
