still dont know if i should take my rtm x64 off and reinstall from the freebie, surely i just need to click register and put the number from my freebie in and then this will be the same as?

My uk pack has no mention of norton.

I thought it was mentioned the free bags were tote bags in style, maybe i have a different idea of what that means, to me it should have a zipper, my bags are ones with handles. maybe a its a language thing or are my bags different?

    uk pack contents...

    x64 in an envelope.
x32 in black sleeve with /the/ signature
    pack of cards.
    jigsaw.
    paper napkins
badly made cardboard centre piece for table(slots not correctly cut)
    poster
    large poster.

i'd double check that but its now upstairs on top of the wardrobe where it will no doubt sit for ages....

Received my Windows7 copy for free by joining "House Party" a few months ago. It came with the 32bit and 64bit version with only one OEM. I installed the 32bit and used the key, which worked beautifully. Also as a side note, some one put up a license key on EBAY with a line through it. Maybe they didn't use the key? Meh, I also get another free copy of the Home version of Windows7 because HP was offering a free upgrade. I'm assuming it will be shipped when Win7 hits the display shelves.

Happy camper. I had to drive to the UPS warehouse, getting twice lost, but I am in possession.

So? We have parties for the new year, every year. Whats the big deal? Its just the next year, it will happen every year. Nothing new.

If people wish to throw a party to celebrate the launch of something spectacular, why not?
