Did anyone really believe that Microsoft wouldn't be selling Word. It is an important part of the Office package, hence, they will do whatever is necessary to continue to include it in the package.

Totally agreed... Office don't even exists without Word...

Yeah I knew as soon as it happened that Microsoft would continue to sell Word.


We are talking about Microsoft. They deal with the law more often then most companies lol. They have gotten really good at it since it is kind of common practice for them to get taken to court over things. Just how Microsoft works.

Microsoft was the Respondent. They did not go to court, they were summoned. Just how lawsuits work.
