Did anyone really believe that Microsoft wouldn't be selling Word. It is an important part of the Office package, hence, they will do whatever is necessary to continue to include it in the package.

We are talking about Microsoft. They deal with the law more often then most companies lol. They have gotten really good at it since it is kind of common practice for them to get taken to court over things. Just how Microsoft works.

Microsoft was the Respondent. They did not go to court, they were summoned. Just how lawsuits work.

Well I just wanted to say that they get lawsuits all the time against them.
